Head of Primary Education ( Pendas ) Dra, Eko Prasetyaningsih, M.Ed in opening remarks OSN 2014 city level, said that the participants who passing the selection later, will represent Surabaya in OSN provincial level.
Not only that, the participants were an average of fifth grade elementary school who still has the ability in the sciences, so that they are appointed by the school on the OSN level to represent this city.
